Terms of Service for Private Online Vocal Coaching
1. Recording of Lessons
The student agrees not to record any lesson without prior written permission from the vocal coach.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
2. Distribution of Recordings
The student agrees not to distribute, share, sell, or publish any recordings of the lessons without prior written permission from the vocal coach.
Any unauthorized distribution or sharing of lesson recordings may result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.
3. Payment
Payment for lessons must be made in advance, no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.
Payments may be made via PayPal, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wix Payments, bank transfer, or other available third-party payment providers.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. The vocal coach is not responsible for payment processing errors, delays, or technical issues caused by these providers.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the lesson.
4. Scheduling
Lessons are scheduled at the beginning of each month for the remainder of that month.
Any changes to the schedule must be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
5. Rescheduling & Refund Policy
The student may reschedule or cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time without penalty.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for:

  • A refund or

  • A rescheduled lesson (student’s choice)

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.

6. Reserved & Missed Lessons
Missed lessons must be made up within the same month or by the end of the following month.
Otherwise, they will be forfeited, and payment will still be required.

• The maximum number of transferable lessons is two (2)

• Any additional unused or missed lessons beyond this limit will be forfeited without refund

7. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Vocal coaching services are provided for educational and training purposes only.
The vocal coach is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
The student is fully responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions, including but not limited to:

• Vocal damage or vocal strain

• Illness or infection

• Pain while singing

• Any medical or physical condition affecting the voice

Failure to disclose such conditions releases the vocal coach from any responsibility or liability for resulting vocal injury or health issues.
The student agrees to stop singing immediately if pain, discomfort, or strain occurs and understands that continuing to sing against discomfort may result in injury.
The vocal coach is not responsible for vocal damage or health issues resulting from:

• Undisclosed medical conditions

• Improper technique practiced outside of lessons

• Overuse of the voice

• Ignoring pain or discomfort

Students are encouraged to seek advice from a qualified medical professional if they experience ongoing vocal issues.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or attending a lesson, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies and conditions outlined in this document.
